Some Questions of Law Contract for Work under the Act No. 89/2012 Coll

Abstract

The author emphasizes that the positives of Law no. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, is unification adjustment contract for work until the new Act contained in the Act no. 40/1964 Coll. ("old" Civil Code) and in Act no. 513/1999 Coll. (Commercial Code). It discusses in detail the new legislation (definition of work, the price of works, ownership to the subject of the work).
