Abstract

Immune dysregulation syndromes are presenting as a new group of immunodeficiencies. These diseases are characterized by the defective regulation of the immune reactions that leads to autoimmune and lymphoproliferative disorders.

The combination of divers' symptoms releasing from affected immune and different organ systems constitutes the clinical picture. The syndromes included are syndromes associated with hypopigmentation, hemophagocytic syndromes, and others autoimmune and lymphoproliferative syndromes.
