Abstrakt
The chapter is a part of the textbook serving as a reference for cardiac catheterization interventionalists dealing with congenital heart defects. Congenital aortic valvuloplasty in children and adolescents is dealt with respect to the anatomy, physiology, natural course, pre-procedure evaluation, indications and patient selections, technical issues, proper procedure technique, post-procedural care, and complications.
