Abstract
Unique publications renowned artists has yet to issue. Authors, specializing in the field of diabetology, gynecology and obstetrics, neonatology, embryology and psychology, complex view on how to take care of a diabetic mother and her child in prekoncepčním period, during pregnancy and after childbirth so that a diabetic pregnancy was a joyous event and mean risk and threat not only for the child and its future development or for his mother.
The book is intended for the general medical community - not just diabetologům and obstetricians, as is evident from the title of the book, but also to all general practitioners and other professionals who come into contact with pregnant diabetics and young children of diabetic mothers. Currently, the main author of the monograph is working on a publication that approaches the subject directly mothers of diabetic children and their extended family and help them with their education.
