Nail involvement as a predictor of concomitant psoriatic arthritis in patients with psoriasis

Abstract

Patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) have increased morbidity and impaired quality of life. Early detection and treatment of PsA could contribute to the prevention of clinical and radiographic progression.

The aim is to analyze the predetermining value reported by the patients themselves klinickýxha characters součanou PsA in a population of patients with psoriasis.
