Abstrakt
The monograph, whose chapters are based on the best contributions to the Ninth World Shakespeare Congress in Prague, is focused on the problems of interpretations, performance and historical context of Shakespeare's plays and poems, as well as on their appropriations and adaptations in European, Asian, American and Aboriginal cultures, and also on their afterlife, especially in Tom Stoppard's plays.
