Abstract
This article focuses on the legal regulation of the remuneration of members of bodies of a joint - stock companies. It tries to define the notion of remuneration of a joint - stock company'body member and its legal frame.
The author of the article describes the current legal regulation in comparison with the precedent one - the changes brought by the enactment of the Act. No. 90/2012 Coll., Business Corporation Act.
The article pinpoints the possible problems of the new legal regulation and suggests a solution.
