Reflection of the views of the teaching staff on the introduction of a system of career teachers and headmasters

Abstract

The chapter is paid to the introduction of a system of career teachers and headteachers in the Czech Republic; its point of departure and the existing situation. It reflects the views of youth workers and directors themselves; pointing to the possible pitfalls and bottlenecks of your system.
