Abstract

Previously expressed wishes are legal concept from 1. 4. 2012 modifies Section 36 of the Act on health services and conditions of their provision, which defines the previously expressed wishes as follows: "The patient can for when it came to such a medical condition in which will not be able to approve or refuse the provision of health services and the way they provide, the approval or disapproval pre pronounce "(Act no. 372/2011 Coll.). This means that through the previously voiced desire (longer just DVP), it is possible to consent or disagreement with the provision of health care services or manner of their provision.

They can therefore refuse any treatment in a situation to full health, and in nemoci.Výše cited article brings considerable practical problems for both health professionals and patients.
