Abstract
The book compares various forms of expropriation and subsequent restitution of the Jewish property. It analyses the position of the Jewish population before WWII, the form of expropriation in the European countries and discusses what happened to various categories of property.
Firstly the whole issue with example of Czechoslovakia is analysed and then the development of the solution of the Jewish Question in Germany and the territories directly annexed to Germany is explored.
