Side effects of targeted treatment with EGFR and VEGF inhibitors

Abstract

There is growing use of targeted (biological) therapy in many fields of the medicine in the last decade. Not too well-known and untill today unclassified side effects are coming with this treatment, which include most skin manifestations.

It is often difficult to differentiate whether it is a finding associated with a primary diagnosis or with the effect of biological treatment.
