Abstract
My paper, presented during the workshop devoted to the problem of values, tries to present Deleuze's ethics of immanence to a wider audience. In this ethics, the best possible action is defined as "Respond to the event".
The event which surpasses its actualisation in the subject-object world constitutes the only "global" value against which the others have to be measured.
