Abstract
Multiplex xMAP analysis is a rapidly developing analytical technology for simultaneous measurement of biomarkers in biological material. The application of method in many research areas is well documented in many publications, however there are only scarce information about analytical performance issues.
The advantages and drawbacks of the xMAP method are discussed in the following text.
