Abstract

Delayed bleeding is a potential complication of pancreatoduodenectomy. Its treatment is either endovascular or surgical (stentgraft, embolization).

Our case report presents a patient with bleeding from the hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm within a period of 3 months after pancreatoduodenectomy for common bile duct carcinoma, resolved using a stent graft.
