The contribution discusses imitations of provincial glass vessels made by local barbarian potters in Bohemia in Early Roman Period. Shown, described and thoroughly analysed were all relevant examples from settlement sites, together with the glass products originating from Roman provincial workshops.
Results illustrate the fact that even the end of the 1st and especially in the 2nd century, there has been a permanent interest in provincial consumption ware in Bohemia, and some types have been imitated in brand new local style.
