Abstract

Czech radio broadcasting was an important social phenomenon in the late of 1930s and its importance grew during the Second World War, when production was limited to newspapers. Radio broadcasting was the main source of information.

The Nazis were aware of his power and abused him for propaganda purposes, on the other hand, radio broadcasting served by entertainment and music program to relax listeners from difficult life situation. During the Second World War, also radio broadcasting was transmitted to the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia from abroad.

Use the radio broadcasting trying to exile government morally strengthen Czech citizens. In the Czech Republic There was to the development of broadcasting and to improve the quality of programming after the war.

Radio broadcasting had an important function organizer and an informant during the post-war reconstruction, it became the most important media in the country.
