Information agency Free Agency Press and its influence on Czechoslovak department of Radio Free Europe

Abstract

Free Agency Press was founded by Libuše Čeřovská and her husband in Munich in 1986. The core of its activity was finding information about current events in Czechoslovakia, especially through phone calls.Recordings of those phone calls and messages, some of them 20 minutes long, from Czechoslovak citizens, both dissidents and average people were meant for use of Radio Free Europe.
