Abstract
This paper presents the Czech Language, History and Culture Exam for Applicants for Czech Citizenship, which was introduced at the beginning of 2014. It describes the design of the examination, which focuses on Czech language and history and culture.
The paper provides basic information about examination's format, individual subtests, duration and scoring. It also gives details on the administration and logistics of the examination.
The main study resources for applicants and other stakeholders are also presented in the paper.
