Abstrakt

The aim of this project is to obtain several results about fundamental problems in the Geometric Functions Theory and in Function Spaces. Those results have wide applications in PDE's, Calculus of Variations and Numerical Analysis.

One of the main aims is to study class of mappings of finite distortion, that can be used as a model of a deformation of a body in the space in models of Nonlinear Elasticity.
