Abstract
This article describes the process of evaluating the ethnicity of the offender in the context of recognition. The aim is to reflect prior research responding to the increasing likelihood of offending people in a minority ethnic group in the Czech Republic.
The basic output of the article should determine the likelihood of misidentifying an offender within a photo lineup.
