Endocrine and paediatric features of Noonan syndrom

Abstract

The article describes the aetiology and the endocrine and pediatric clinical manifestations of Noonan syndrome. A case report demonstrates a child with the prevailing non-endocrine disabilities.

The article discusses further the current incidence of growth hormone deficiency in Noonan syndrome.
