Abstract
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) as a diagnostic method for examination of tissues in vivo is now obvious and irreplaceable method in any ophtalmic practice. Understanding and mastering OCT examination helps to significantly increase the degree of sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing the entire spectrum of retinal pathology, therapy improves the quality of decision-making and allows precise monitoring of treatment outcomes.
