Within the master study programme Teaching Czech as a foreign language student carry out their internship at university - they teach Czech to students on ERASMUS and other exchange programmes. In the past years a specific system of feedback has shown to be fruitful, whereas the feedback comes from a more experienced co-lecturer, all lecturers teaching in the same semester, the mentors and the students themselves.
Junior lecturers usually work in pairs with more experienced lecturers, who have completed their compulsory internship at a previous point of time. Throughout the semester there are regular get-togethers for all lecturers, where they are granted the possibility to share their experiences and if needed help each other with problems.
They are also supported by the mentors, who hold class inspections and are present at the regular get-togethers. Last but not least the lecturers obtain feedback from the students themselves learning Czech.
The paper offers a comprehensive overview of this system of support and feedback and at the same time critically evaluates some of its components.
