Abstract
We compared two groups of rabbits in the experiment. There were created defect and implanted biomaterial them, one group was the control without implant.
We evaluated the distribution of bone in the defect which was divided into three compartments - outer, middle, inner. We also monitored area fraction of osteocalcin in the defect.
