A historical study written by specialists in Greek modern history, Katerina Kralova and Konstantinos Tsivos, is based on archive materials mostly from National Archive in Prague. In detail it focuses on circumstances of the post-war Greek emigration to Czechoslovakia and explores how it was proceeded.
Among the key topics of the publication the discrepancy between the visions of the Communist Party of Greece with regard to the life of Greeks in Czechoslovakia and the practical realization of their stray is researched. The original request to concetrate the emigrants in the Sudety region was thwarted, because both the Greek and the Czechoslovak side expected their sty to be provisional.
