The comparison of the administrative punishment in the integrated prevention act and in the Czech enviromental law

Abstract
The article deals with administrative offences in the area of IPPC in comparison with protection based on environmental media protection. The basis for comparison is the amount of fines in IPPC Act and media legislation and the conditions for punishment.
Finally the article summarizes relevant provisions of the new administrative punishment act, which shall include not only administrative offences of natural persons but also administrative offences of legal entities and natural persons entitled to the business.
