Abstract

The article deals with authority focusing on how it is perceived by different subjects of education. Authors present results of several survey regarding authorty which were carried out among student teachers at Faculty of Education of Charles University.

They point out the multifacetedness of this phenomenon which is illustrated through opinions of renowned experts in education. In conclusion authors hint at possible advantages of faculty staff diversity.
