Abstract
Project management in practice, the article is not a manual project management organizations, it was just a transfer of some of the practical experience with the implemented projects or on the contrary, the biggest problem of the key moments in the grant and subsidy procedures, with which I have in its 12-year practice with the elderly. Due to constant project management thus opening opportunities organisations, that have become in some ways exceptional and different from the other and have met the requirements and satisfy a wide range of personalised to the needs of users of the services.
Thanks to the supported projects and foundations managed to brighten the lives of users of social services, fulfill their desires, goals, and also promote service in the normal activities of daily life.
