Cohesion Policy in New Programming Period - Experience and Challenges. Discussion material for National Convention
Abstract
Paper focuses on the implementation of EU cohesion policy in the Czech Republic. It analyses the state of cohesion policy implementation in previous programming periods and provides options for its improvement in the programming period 2014-2020.
It also examines how to improve the use of structural and investment funds. The analysis focuses more specifically on four areas - how concrete projects contribute to the fulfillment of set objectives, administration, market distortions, and project innovations.
