Abstract
The review paper concerns new monograph Function and position of legal liability in the recent legal order. Publication is a motley set of papers dealing with a legal liability form several points of view: such as general and theoretical perspective, relation to the recodification or comparison with foreign legal systems.
After the short introduction of the book the review deals with each of nine chapters in the brief recapitulations and in some cases adds additional possible grounds for discussion. As a conclusion the review finds the presented monograph successful symposium which surely enriches current law doctrine.
