Abstract
Nutritional ambulance in Teaching Hospital in Pilsen provides specific care for patients who require enteral or parenteral nutrition since 1999. Over the period of its existence it has undergone a total of 79 patients dependent upon home parenteral nutrition.
On two case reports is demonstrated the complexity of decisions in cancer patients on nutritional support.
