Abstrakt
Article is concerned on land use changes in transitional period of Czechia. There are presented especially arable land transfer into permanent grassland and main regional characteristics of these changes.
Driving forces are connected with transfer from planned economy into market and also with processes influenced transfer (restitution, privatization).
