Abstract

The aim of this contribution is to describe the construction of juristic person according to the legal normativism (pure legal science). For this reason it is at first described the approach of legal normativism to a person as a personified set of legal norms and to subjective rights, which are by legal normativism understood as legal norms.

In this connection it is shown, where the weaknesses of the normative construction of juristic person are.
