Abstract
Function and Position of Legal Liability in Recent Legal Order is a book written by a team of nine, based on the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague. Under guidance of Aleš Gerloch and Karel Beran, lecturers and students of doctoral and master programs deal with legal liability, as present in both Czech law and foreign sources, from nine unique perspectives.
The reader is given an opportunity to deepen one's knowledge in the area of conceptual approaches to legal liability in the new civil code and history, punitive damages, criminal liability of legal persons, pre-contractual liability, loss incurred by childbirth, duty of care, liability of football referees and church liability for invalid acts.
