Kłodzko represented and still represents a specific historical region within Central Europe. It is a region that documents an extraordinarily complicated history of this area.
In the past, Kłodzko extended over territories of various states and countries. Kłodzko was and still is a borderland and in many respects also a peripheral area.
Nevertheless, it also possesses its own potential which, if acknowledged, can be activated and utilized in the future development of the area.
