A Selective and Reluctant Adopter: The Czech Republic and Its (Non)Accession to Schengen and Eurozone

Abstrakt

Chapter analyses approach of the Czech Republic to those areas of European integration where the Czech state had/has margin of political discretion regarding timing and intensity of its involvement. In particular, the article studies Czech strategy regarding accession to Schengen area and Eurozone.
