Pain and emotions in diabetologic out-patient-clinic

Abstract

The diabetic neuropathy could be joint with severe non-treatable pain. In the other hand, some of patients with diabetic neuropathy did not feel anything and they are in the risk of diabetic foot syndrome.

Diabetes mellitus as a chronic incurable disease could lead to burn out syndrome in the patients but in their doctors as well.
