Parenthood and homosexuality within the context of assisted reproduction - are we ready for homoparental families?

Abstract

The article considers the issue of how the Czech legal order deals with homosexual couples and homoparental families. The autors predominantly focus on the subject of assiested reproduction.

Usingthe example of the legal order of United Kingdom, where the legal regulation provides the possibility to udergo assisted reproduction to nearly anybody, the autors analyse the Czech legal order and the changes introduced by the New Civil Code.
