Publication |
2015

Abstract

Frequent COPD exacerbations significantly accelerate the course of the disease and they have a significant impact on a general condition and patients' quality of life as well as on the prognosis. A phenotype of frequent exacerbation is characterized by a presence of frequent acute exacerbations treated with antibiotics and/or systemic corticosteroids.
