Abstract

The first part of this three-part serial is focused on the strengthening without tools and equipment, when the resistance is own body weight in conjunction with gravity. Gymnastic strengthening combines the demands of fitness and coordination.

The task is usually associated with successful execution of the specific exercise techiques. The repeat count is given by the ability of each to remain in physiologically correct posture.
