Agrreement to Voluntary Submission to Penalty in the Czech Criminal Proceedings

Abstrakt

The author summarizes the legal regulations concerning institutions permission for voluntary submission to penalty, adopted under amendments to the Criminal Code under the Act. No. 293/2012 the OJ with effect from 1 September 2012 in Czech criminal proces.
