The study focuses on the issues of health-related lifestyle. The first part describes the concept of healthy lifestyle.
In particular, the compensation theory describing the link between various dimensions of the healthy lifestyle is discussed. In the second part, it analyzes the data from surveys ""Aktér 2009", ""Aktér 2011" and "Aktér 2013".
Using this data, it examines the relationship between various dimensions of a healthy lifestyle and risk behavior (smoking,alcohol, use of prohibited substances in sport, etc.). We focus on current trends and test the stability of the reports and comparability of individual items in the questionnaires.
The aim of this section is also to shed light on selected factors of a healthy lifestyle, which affect both physical and mental health and subjective quality of life. At the empirical level mainly analyze new trends in contemporary lifestyle and its association with risk behavior.
