Abstract
The authors present a case report of a 17-year-old girl admitted to the hospital with polytrauma. She was a participant in a car accident, sitting in the back seat in a car, which crashed into the barrier on the highway with fastened seat belt.
She was tied by the lover strap of the seat belt only around her waist, while the chest strap of the seat belt was free behind her back. Although the parents were taken to a trauma center by helicopter, this patient went to hospital by ground ambulance with paramedics.
