Abstract
This article deals with novel application issues connected with the new Civil Code. Although there is the new law, informal structures, namely trade unions, are more than reluctant to obey it.
They rather misuse their political power to get exceptions or make it dull. Section 228 of the new Civil Code levies a taught administrative burden on local trade union organisations that majority of them neglects despite of huge legal consequences.
