Abstract
This is a review of basic information concerning the fixed combination of sofosbuvir and ledipasvir. Both pharmacological and clinical characteristics are being discussed.
Attention is also given to published results achieved with this combination in treatment of various subgroups of patients suffering from chronic hepatitis C.
