Abstract
The discovery of targeted therapy completely changed thelandscape of the treatment of metastatic melanoma. Dabrafenib is very potent BRAF V600 inhibitor and it was confirmed, that it is able to improve progression free survival (PFS) and overal survival (OS) in patient with metastatic melanoma.
