Abstract
Text deals with incompatibility of parliamentary mandate with ministerial office. Despite of the fact that sliding mandate is not a new topic in the Czech Republic, there not many studies considering possible regulation of compatibility or incompatibility of ministerial office and parliamentary office.
The text analyses the new bill which is introducing issue of incompatibility into Czech Republic's constitution.
