Formation of Political Systems after the Transition to Democracy: Between Concepts and Reality

Abstrakt

The paper is looking on the period of transition to democracy as a crisis - time of big changes, different and almoust unlimited options. But the paper also tries show that there are some aspects of the political system that are given and cannot be changed or which limit distinctly the options for actors (historical aspects, power and role of actual institutions, political situation).
