Abstract
The study is focused on chosen characteristic of paleoanthropology and related formal aspects of teaching human evolution on secondary and high schools in Czech Republic. It is also about teaching pre-service biology teachers at Charles University Prague and their ability to teach paleoantropology.
The article mentions some difficulties with teaching human evolution in the school subject biology and history that the teachers have to solve. It was just the teacher's difficulties what caused the formation of inconventional lesson about human evolution.
The formation of the lesson was supported in project Science for everybody IV (project number CZ.1.07/2.3.00/45.0041). The suggested lesson could be one possibility how to teach such problematical issue like human evolution.
