Abstract
The paper aims to identify the problematic aspects of Czech National Bank's supervisory practices in certain segments of the capital market. Based on the analysis of selected aspects of sanction decision of the super - visory authority, the author tries to answer the question whether the exercise of supervision is always in accordance with the law and with the principles of law applicable in the area of financial law.
Author will also shortly focus on possibilities of the supervised entities to review the conclusions made by the supervisory authority
